Week One:  September 27 – Overview

  • Preparation: Eggless Egg Salad Rollups
  • HW: Read Chapter 2 & Water Watch DVDs – Food Combining & Water & Sugar CD

Week Two:  October 4 – Rebounding –Importance of Exercise, Food Combining and Water

Co-hosted by Joanne Schmalenberger, owner & fitness instructor at Gravoxy in Natick where she will instruct us in rebounding

  • Guest Speakers: Leslie Barnett – Food Combining & Margie Aleo – Water
  • Preparation: Almond/Gold Milk; Kale Avocado Salad; Linguini Zucchini with Marinara Sauce
  • HW:  Read Chapter 3; Watch DVDs – Growing Your Own Food; Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead; Overcoming the Food Imprint

Week Three:  October 11– Indoor Sprouting for Fun and Nutrition

  • Guest Speaker: Randy Jacobs, Founder and Director of Life Force Growers
  • Preparation: Wheatgrass and the Hippocrates Green Drink (with juicer comparison); dinner tba
  • HW: Read Chapter 4; DVDs Fasting & Internal Awareness

Week Four:  October 18– Fasting and Internal Awareness

  • Preparations: Fermenting presentations of Veggiekraut for your natural probiotics
  • Five Course Meal
