HHI has been a continual support for OHS programs since 2006 providing training, support and materials.

Permachart Helping Hands Program

Created to connect, educate, and inspire the raw vegan and health and wellness community has given continual substantial financial support to the educational resources, which make our programs possible.


Donated two nine drawer dehydrators to Real Kids Real Food for its programs at the Mystic Learning Center and the Cambridge Boys and Girls Club to learn and enjoy eating Kale, banana, apple and potato chips, lasagna, mushroom steaks, and much more.


The children at the Mystic Learning Center with their newly donated vitamix make green smoothies every morning and create lots of new recipes.

Rockland Trust

It’s generous support provides tuition for two campers this summer. Rockland Trust has just opened a new branch in Somerville and offers the children a “Reading for Cents Program” this Summer.

Food For Free

Food for Free has provided free fruits and vegetables for each session of Real Kids Real Food at the Mystic Learning Center.Program participants have enjoyed learning to prepare new healthy delicious plant-based/living food recipes. For the program’s finale, the students prepared and served a full meal to their parents. Food for Free also provided the vegetables for Optimum Health Solution’s food demo at the Mayor’s Fitness Kick-off Event.

Flatbread Fundraiser Bowling Event

Real Kids Real Food created a banner for this bowling event. On October 14, 2014 members of the the community such as Amethyst Chiropractor, Jubali, and Organic SuperFoods donated goods for the raffle which went to help support Real Kids Real Food.

Metro Pedal Power

Metro Pedal Power (MPP) partners with local farmers and provides CSA deliveries for customers around the city.This includes our after-school program at the Elizabeth Peabody House and the Mystic Learning Center. MPP also offered Optimum Health Solution the best price to take away the dirt in EPH’s four raised gardens and replace it with organic compost soil. Now MPP delivers 40 pounds of organic produce to MLC every Monday for juices and produce for the Real Kids Real Food Classes.

JenXDesigns is the newest partner. Jen designed this new website. She is a vegan Ironman triathlete and web designer taking Betsy’s Optimum Health Solution class. RKRF has created a point system to encourage participation in nutrition and health questions. Children will earn FIVE points for each THREE question review quiz or by completing their home assignments.
