In 1911, Albert Einstein stated if we could somehow line up the 3 forces of acceleration, deceleration and gravity in a vertical plane, we would create the best exercise for the cells of the human body. No exercise met this definition until rebound exercise was developed.
We will bounce and learn about the amazing healing effects, vertical core strength, the trillions of cells getting stronger at the same time.
Rebounding is the only exercise that does this and it’s 70% more efficient and 90 % shock free than gym exercise modalities.
Everyone will have an hour of rebounding lessons
Everyone can do rebounding, regardless of age, ability and fitness level! Joanne Schmalenberger, 3rd level Master ReBoundologist, will give you alternatives and challenge you at your own pace.
Joanne will present the physiological effects of rebounding and why NASA called it “the most efficient exercise ever devised by man”.
It is the only exercise modality that cleanses the lymphatic system and triples the white blood cells in 2 minutes.
Her method differs from that seen in many of the rebounding videos popping up on YouTube. Drawing on her Rebounding Certifications and extensive training Joanne’s approach is based on the science behind the bounce.
